KOCKÒN MACH II — Bases
Base modules for the MACH II modular system. They do not work on their own: they must be combined with a MACH II cap, which can be changed later without disassembling the tank base.
Installation
As easy as 1, 2, 3
It mounts to the tank in seconds, with no mechanical intervention or modifications required. IMPORTANT: The base does not work on its own — it must be completed with a MACH II cap, which is selected separately and can be changed later without having to disassemble the base.
1. Insert the base
It is inserted into the tank opening. Without disassembling anything and without preparing the surface.
2. Rotate
A twist and it is locked by the patented system. No screws, no rivets, no adhesives, no sealants.
3. Install the cap and refuel
Attach the chosen MACH II cap and refuel as normal, up to 120 l/min.
Why MACH II
A system that transforms instead of becoming obsolete
MACH II is a modular system that, when combined in different ways, addresses very different requirements depending on the vehicle. The base is installed once; what goes on top can evolve with the fleet.
Seamless protection
Total absence of holes or slots with dimensions that allow the insertion of tubes, probes, or other devices to siphon fuel.
Progressive closing float valve
It prevents access to fuel in the upper part of the tank without hindering refueling. It is included in the ULTIMATE versions.
Quick refueling
No backflow or splashing. Flow rate tested up to 120 l/min.
Transformable
The base supports increasingly advanced caps, ranging from keyed locks to ZIPPER caps that provide alerts for each opening. They can be changed without removing the tank base.
Quick setup
It installs in seconds, without mechanical modifications: no screws, rivets, adhesives, or sealants.
