ZIPPER in operation

A cap that sends an alert every time the tank is opened

How it works

It opens with the gun and closes on its own.

The ZIPPER replaces the original fuel tank cap. It only opens when the refueling nozzle is inserted and closes again as soon as it is removed: every opening and closing is recorded.

1. Bring the gun closer

The tank is sealed. There is no cap to unscrew or leave hanging on the stirrup.

2. Repost

The nozzle itself opens the cap, and the system registers the opening. Refueling proceeds as normal.

3. Remove the gun

The cap closes by itself and notifies you of the closure. Nothing to remember, nothing that can be lost.

Why ZIPPER

The first smart cap, and it remains the benchmark.

ZIPPER Classic was the first generation of smart plugs for security and control, featuring IOT telematics convergence. Since then, it has become smarter, with better communication protocols and accessories that unlock new functions.

Security

Ensures the tank is always closed when the nozzle is not inserted. Prevents accidental fuel spills that occur when the conventional cap is missing.

Control

Notifies an operator of the opening and closing of the tank, either on the vehicle itself or remotely.

Telematic convergence

It integrates with the third-party telemetry, management, and security systems already installed in the fleet. Nothing needs to be replaced.

Quick setup

It installs on the tank in seconds, with no mechanical modifications: no screws, rivets, adhesives, or sealants.
