KOCKÒN MACH II — Plugs
Caps that complete a MACH II base module, from a mechanical key lock to smart ZIPPER caps that alert you to every opening. All require a KOCKÒN MACH II base.
Choose the level
Three stopper levels on the same base
To be installed in the tank, the MACH II base must be completed with a plug. And that plug can be replaced or upgraded later, without disassembling the base, as fleet needs or vehicle requirements change.
Conventional — L and XXL
Mechanical lock, with or without key, in low or ultra-low profile for truck bodies where there is no overhead clearance. Non-electronic.
Self-closing — ZIP
Vented cap that closes automatically when the nozzle is removed: it won't be forgotten or lost, and no more spills from leaving it open. With or without a lock.
Smart — ZIPPER
Everything in the ZIP, plus a notification for every opening and closing of the tank. Wired or wireless, and integrable with the telemetry the fleet already has.
Why TRANSFORM-ABLE
The base is installed once; the plug evolves with you
Transformable
MACH II series devices are designed to be combined with new accessories, either during initial installation or later on.
Security
ZIP and ZIPPER caps ensure the reservoir is always closed when the gun is not attached. This prevents the accidental spills that occur when the conventional cap is missing.
Control
The ZIPPER notifies an operator of the tank's opening and closing, either in the vehicle or remotely, by interconnecting with third-party systems.
Telematic convergence
The ZIPPER MACH II cap integrates with third-party telemetry, management, and security systems already installed in the fleet.
