How is it composed
MACH II is a modular system that, when combined in different ways, resolves a wide range of conditions depending on the vehicle. IMPORTANT: the base and the cap are ordered separately and neither one functions on its own.
It is installed at the tank opening and blocks access to any tube or probe. Four versions available, depending on the opening diameter and available space.
It attaches on top and defines what the assembly does: from a mechanical key lock to a cap that alerts you to every opening. Eleven options.
The cap is replaced without removing the tank base. What you buy today will still be useful when your needs change.
Why MACH II
Previously, it was the vehicle manufacturer that decided which device to install, and many trucks with limited space around the tank remained unprotected. MACH II covers those situations by combining modules.
It also protects the fuel at the top of the tank, without hindering refueling. It is included in ULTIMATE versions; the XL versions do not have it.
The internal geometry prevents turbulence and backflow. Flow rate tested up to 120 l/min: the driver does not notice the difference.
It assembles in seconds, without drills, screws, rivets, adhesives, or sealants. The installation is reversible.
With a ZIPPER cap, the assembly integrates with the telemetry and management systems already installed in the fleet.
