FUEL CONTROLLER

Fleet fuel control system: measures the amount of diesel in the truck's tank in liters and in real time, and sends the data to the vehicle's dashboard and the fleet management platform you already use.

It consists of a data hub, a high-precision level sensor available in seven lengths, wiring, and mounting fittings. Plug-and-play installation for heavy vehicles, with no modifications to the tank and in a reversible manner.

How it works

From the depot to your fleet management platform

FUEL CONTROLLER is an aftermarket system that is installed in heavy vehicles in Plug and Play mode. There is no need to modify the tank or cut original connectors, and the installation is reversible.

1. Measure in the tank

The FCS capacitive sensor replaces the truck's original sensor and measures the entire length of the tank, with no blind spots. Seven lengths available depending on the vehicle.

2. Convert the data

The DATA HUB RS 485 control unit converts measurements into reliable information: liters from the main tank, the secondary tank, and the sum of both.

3. It takes it to its system

The data reaches the vehicle's dashboard and the GPS or telemetry platform already in use by the fleet. Without changing providers.

Why FUEL CONTROLLER

Control fuel spending with data, not estimates.

Fuel is a fleet’s largest variable expense. Measuring it accurately allows you to adjust refueling strategies, detect anomalous consumption and fuel theft, and avoid carrying excess weight. It is Industry 4.0 compatible by connecting to fuel data management platforms.

Telematic convergence

It integrates with the third-party telemetry, management, and security systems that the fleet already has installed.

Real-time information

Display level and volume reading for one or two tanks, versus distance and versus time.

Measurement in liters

Liters in the main tank, the secondary tank, and the sum of both. With temperature and tilt compensation, to explain level variations.

Plug and Play installation

Vehicle-specific guided configurations, custom calibration for non-standard tanks, and firmware updates.
