Genesis Fuel Anti-Theft Kit | Anti-Siphon System with Smart Cap and Wireless Alert for Trucks and Fleets
Your tank doesn't have one entry point. It has four.
The diesel thief isn't improvising. They know a parked truck has four access points, and they know which one is unprotected.
That's why a padlock cap isn't enough. And that's why an anti-siphon device alone isn't enough either.
The GENESIS Kit secures all four. And it also alerts you.
The four ways of theft — and how Genesis blocks them
1️⃣ The filler neck — the hose
It's the classic method: hose to the tank, siphon, and in fifteen minutes, 200 liters are gone.
Blockage: KOCKÒN Mach II Base Module (80 or 105 mm). The heart of the system. KOCKÒN has no holes or slots: it's impossible to insert hoses or flexible tubes to siphon the tank's contents. It installs directly into the tank's threaded filler neck and converts the opening into a physical barrier with no weak points.
In the ULTIMATE version, furthermore, the progressive floating lock prevents any access to the fuel from the top of the tank without interfering with loading operations. Total protection, even in contact with fuel.
2️⃣ The cap — forced opening
If they can't get in through the hose, they'll try the cap.
Blockage: Quick-mount cap kit with lock and key. The cap is not a loose accessory: it forms a system with the base module. It only opens with a key, and only with yours.
3️⃣ The drain plug — the drain under the tank
The point almost no one protects, and the most profitable for the thief: it opens from below and empties the entire tank, silently and without a trace until you start the engine.
Blockage: STROPOL (optional). A small, highly engineered device dedicated to protecting the main drain hole of heavy vehicle tanks against removal and access by unauthorized operators. Made from precision-machined aluminum components, it simply replaces the original drain nut. Available in M18, M22, M24, and 3/4BS.
4️⃣ The level sensor — side access
The sensor flange is removed, leaving an open hole directly to the fuel.
Blockage: SENSARMOUR (optional). Aluminum armor that shields access to the tank sensor. Available in three sizes (L, S, XS) depending on your vehicle.
And the fifth layer: knowing. At the exact moment.
Armoring the tank is half the job. The other half is finding out.
ZIPPER Wireless is the system's smart cap. Every opening and closing of the tank is recorded and transmitted.
- ZIPPER notifies local or remote operators of tank opening and closing through a simple interface with third-party systems.
- Wireless receiver unit with acoustic buzzer (included): immediate audible alert in the cabin.
- Version with SMS function (optional): the alert reaches the fleet manager's phone, wherever they are.
- It integrates with telemetry, management, and security systems from third parties already present in the vehicle. The GENESIS approach is to enhance what is already installed, rather than forcing the replacement of existing systems.
Extra benefit: ZIPPER ensures that the tank is always closed when the fuel nozzle is not inserted, which prevents accidental spillage that would normally occur in the absence of a conventional cap. Less fuel lost on the road, less risk at the loading bay.
Refuel as usual. No friction for the driver.
A security system that complicates daily work ends up being uninstalled or sabotaged by the driver themselves. Genesis is designed in reverse:
- ✅ Refueling is identical to usual — the nozzle goes in, the tank fills up.
- ✅ No modifications to the vehicle or cuts to the tank.
- ✅ No periodic maintenance.
- ✅ Transform-Able system: modular and evolutionary. You start with mechanical protection and add the IoT layer later, without changing the base module.

Italian engineering, not an improvised barrier
Genesis is our fuel protection brand; we are a specialized manufacturer of fuel protection for heavy commercial vehicles. Its systems equip fleets across Europe, where diesel theft has been a real operating cost for decades.
Now available in Latin America, with technical support in Spanish and Portuguese.
The math that matters
A single theft of 200 liters of diesel costs more than most configurations of this kit. And theft is never a one-time event: where it happened once, it happens again.
Genesis is not an expense: It's the last time you pay for fuel that someone else takes.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Genesis Anti-Theft Kit
The GENESIS Fuel Anti-Theft Kit is a modular protection system for truck and heavy machinery tanks. It combines an 80 or 105 mm KOCKÒN anti-siphon module, a security cap with a key, and, optionally, a smart cap that alerts you via acoustic alarm or SMS (optional) every time the tank is opened. These are the most common questions from transporters and fleet managers before buying it.
What is an anti-siphon system and how does it prevent fuel theft?
An anti-siphon system is a mechanical barrier installed inside the tank's filler neck that physically prevents a hose from being inserted to extract fuel. The KOCKÒN Mach II module has no holes or slots through which a flexible tube can pass, so the most common theft method—siphoning—is no longer possible.
The ULTIMATE version also incorporates a progressive floating lock that prevents access to fuel from the top of the tank, without ever interfering with normal refueling.
What size do I need, 80 mm or 105 mm?
The measurement corresponds to the outer diameter of your tank's threaded filler neck, not the tank's capacity or the truck's size. There are only these two measurements in the Mach II range.
The 105 mm version covers DAF, MAN, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Renault Premium, Magnum, and Midlum with metal necks, and Iveco Stralis, EuroStar, EuroTec, Trakker, and EuroTrakker. The 80 mm version covers Scania (all models), Volkswagen Constellation, Iveco Eurocargo with metal neck, John Deere 5000-6000, Massey Ferguson 4292 hd, Deutz Fahr, and SAME.
If you are unsure, send us the make, model, and year of the vehicle, and we will confirm the exact configuration before purchase, at no cost.
Is it compatible with the Volkswagen Constellation?
Yes. The Volkswagen Constellation is compatible with the 80 mm KOCKÒN Mach II base module, the same size used by all Scania models. It is one of the most requested configurations in Argentina, Chile, and the rest of South America due to the Constellation's presence in regional fleets.
Can I buy only the anti-siphon module, without the cap?
No. The KOCKÒN Mach II base module does not function as a standalone solution: the manufacturer requires it to be paired with one of the Mach II series quick-mount cap kits. That's why this product is sold as a complete and correctly configured kit, and not in loose parts.
You can choose between a mechanical cap with a lock and key, or a smart ZIPPER cap with an alert function.
Can fuel be loaded normally after installation?
Yes, refueling is identical to usual. The service station nozzle enters and loads without obstruction, no adapters or extra steps for the driver.
This point is deliberate: a security system that hinders daily operation ends up being uninstalled or sabotaged by the driver themselves. Genesis is designed to be invisible in everyday use.
Does the tank need to be modified, cut, or drilled?
No. The module is installed directly onto the threaded filler neck that the tank already has, without cuts, welds, or drilling. In the case of the STROPOL security plug, it simply replaces the original tank drain nut.
Installation is reversible and does not invalidate the vehicle's warranty.
What is the difference between the ULTIMATE module and the XL module?
The ULTIMATE module incorporates progressive floating lock and offers total protection even in direct contact with fuel: it is the maximum security option. The XL module uses a pivoting barrel and is designed for installations where space around the filler neck is limited.
If your tank has no space limitations, ULTIMATE is the default recommendation.
What is ZIPPER and what does it offer compared to a normal key cap?
ZIPPER is the Genesis system's smart cap: in addition to closing the tank, it records and transmits every opening and closing. A key cap protects; ZIPPER protects and also informs you in real time that someone has tampered with the tank.
The included receiver unit emits an acoustic alert via a buzzer, and the version with an SMS function sends the alert directly to the fleet manager's phone, wherever they are.
ZIPPER provides an additional benefit beyond theft: it ensures that the tank always remains closed when the nozzle is not inserted, which prevents accidental fuel spills.
Does the wireless version require any additional components to function?
Yes, ZIPPER Wireless mandatorily requires a receiver unit, and in this kit, it is already included in the Smart configurations. You do not need to purchase it separately or subscribe to any monthly service.
You can choose between the standard receiver unit, with an acoustic buzzer in the cabin, or the receiver unit with an SMS function, which also sends the alert to the cell phone.
Does it work with the tracking or telemetry system I already have installed?
Yes. ZIPPER is designed to interconnect with third-party telemetry, management, and security systems already present in the vehicle, rather than forcing you to replace them. Genesis's approach is to enhance what you already have installed.
Send us the brand of your tracking system, and we will confirm the integration method.
If I armor the filler neck, won't they steal from the bottom plug?
That is exactly the risk, and that's why STROPOL exists. The drain plug located under the tank is the point almost no one protects and the most profitable for the thief: it opens from below and allows the entire tank to be emptied silently, leaving no trace until you start the engine.
STROPOL is a high-security drain plug made of precision-machined aluminum that replaces the original drain nut and prevents its removal by unauthorized persons. It is available in M18, M22, M24, and 3/4BS sizes.
What is SENSARMOUR and when do I need it?
SENSARMOUR is an aluminum armor that shields access to the tank's level sensor. You need it if
